Roll-out and implementation of a new signage programme for Wallenstam

Wallenstam is one of the largest private-sector landlords in Sweden with over 220 properties, home to 9,500 households and 1,000 commercial tenants. In 2019, the company launched a new logotype and new visual identity, created by Paradigm Brand Consultancy. FocusNeo was commissioned to introduce and implement a signage programme reflecting this new identity, with a message that can easily be adapted to different architectural environments and interiors. The result was lacquered golden yellow prismatic lettering based on the latest in LPFLEX technology – ideal for decorating some of the most prestigious buildings in Gothenburg and Stockholm. Wallenstam’s new identity went on to win a gold medal at the Svenska Designpriset [Swedish Design Award] competition in the category for visual identity.
