The leading optical chain in the Nordic region is setting its sights on its brand and its stores

With more than 500 stores in the Nordic countries under the Synsam and Profil Optik brand names, Synsam Group is one of the largest optical retailers in Europe. In 2014, Synsam introduced a rebranding and repositioning campaign that more clearly expresses their market positioning strategy. The logo received a new facelift with a striking orange-coloured design. FocusNeo was tasked with launching a signage concept to express the new visual identity and implement the chain’s rebranding campaign. Our solution for Synsam’s store concept includes everything from traditional illuminated signs to entry portals, digital signage and window decor. Implementation of the new store identity began in 2016. Since then, over 500 locations, including the chain’s flagship stores, have been retrofitted with the new look. Our partnership with Synsam continues to expand, with new products and solutions introduced on an ongoing basis, such as our innovative concept of LED rope lighting around window signs.
