UNIQUE SIGNS INCREASED VISITOR NUMBERS BY 30% AT SKEPPSBRON 2

Restaurant Skeppsbron 2 is a dining establishment located in Malmö Börshus, near Malmö Central Station, with a capacity of 180 guests and a large glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the canal.

FocusNeo was commissioned to create signage for the restaurant that enhances its identity and visibility in the area. We developed a solution featuring standalone letters mounted on the restaurant’s glass roof, visible both day and night. A stylistic rotating symbol in the shape of a waiter was created for the name. The impact was immediate: the number of visitors increased by 30%.

FocusNeo was tasked, in collaboration with the design agency, to develop a wayfinding plan and a signage program that not only elevates the visual identity but is also made with sustainable material choices. The majority of the signs are made from wood and decorative foils using PVC-free materials.
